Is the price on the calculator the price I pay?
Yes. The figure you see is the full price for that work. Tom confirms it from your photos before anything is booked, and if something on site is different to the photos he talks to you first. Nothing changes without a conversation.
Why is there a $495 minimum?
Getting a ute, tools and materials to your place costs the same whether it's five palings or fifty. The minimum keeps the small jobs worth doing properly, and the calculator tells you how much room you've got left to add more fixing to the same visit.
What if I need a whole new fence?
FenceFix is for repairs. If your fence is genuinely past saving, say so on the contact page and Tom will tell you straight and point you to the right people for a full replacement.
How quickly can you come?
Repairs are done within 7 days of booking, guaranteed. Most are done sooner because we group jobs by suburb into run days.
Where do you cover?
The Gold Coast, from Coolangatta up to Coomera and out to the hinterland. If you're outside that, send it through anyway and Tom will let you know.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually. As long as we can get to the fence and any dogs are inside, we can do the job while you're at work and send you photos when it's done.
